Returns and Exchange Policy

At Connecticut Mattress, we strive to enhance our guests' lives through a better night’s sleep. Our highly trained, commission-free Sleep Experts work with each guest to understand their needs and fit them for the perfect sleep system. We are so confident in our process and products that we offer a sleep promise of up to 120 nights on most of our mattresses.

Mattress Comfort Guarantee

We want you to love your new mattress! It can take a few weeks for your body to adjust, so we ask that you sleep on it for at least 30 nights.

If after that time you’re not completely comfortable, you’re eligible for a one-time mattress exchange—as long as your mattress is still under warranty, clean, undamaged, and has its original labels attached.

Our Sleep Promise gives you extra peace of mind, depending on your mattress brand:

  • 💤 120-Night Sleep Promise: Simmons, Serta, Beautyrest, Beautyrest Black, Beautyrest World Class, iComfort, iComfort Pro, Perfect Sleeper, and King Koil
  • 🛌 90-Night Sleep Promise: Tempur-Pedic and Stearns & Foster

(Sealy mattresses are not covered under the Comfort Guarantee.)

⚙️ Motion Bases

Motion bases are considered final sale and can’t be returned or exchanged. The good news? They’re compatible with most motion-friendly mattresses and still provide excellent support even when used flat.

🛏️ Mattress Structures

All mattress supports—foundations, adjustable/motion bases, and bed frames—are non-returnable and non-refundable once they’ve been delivered or opened.

Non-Returnable or Non-Refundable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items can’t be returned or refunded: Mattresses, adjustable bases, foundations, headboards, wood furniture, daybeds, floor samples, and other furniture items.
