I bought a month ago or so. This was a warranty replacement mattress as the old product we had was no longer offered. We tried the mattress in a store before ordering it through Serta and liked it. The 12" was in store, but we decided to go with 14". I do not recommend. It is a lot harder than the store model, which was unexpected. Because it is a warranty replacement, we can't send back for a different one, so we will probably try to sell or replace within a couple years. Quality is fine, but because we can't use the Serta "replace with another for any reason in 30 days" and it is significantly stiffer than floor model, gets 3 stars.

I purchased this mattress almost a month ago. My old iComfort (over 12 years old) was starting to show lack of support so I figured it was time to buy a new one. I stuck with the iComfort because I was so happy with my old one. They have really expanded on the choices and pretty sure I picked the one I would like. It is the plush and it is super comfy. I know people don't like this type of mattress because you cannot sit on the side but I am used to it. Here is hoping I can get as many years out of this new mattress.

It's been 3 weeks since I bought this bed, and it is Amazing. It is literally like sleeping on a big cool cloud. It purchased the 14" plush with cooling. I sleep hot...very hot. All the nights wake up from being to warm are gone. I melt into this mattress and sleep through the night with no problems and wake up refreshed and ready to go. The only problem is it is comfortable that I do not want to roll out of bed lol. You will not be disappointed.

Was on the search for a new mattress and my hunt ended with the iComfort Iona Plush. This mattress was everything I was looking for. It was comfortable, a bit on the firmer side, and very durable. My favorite feature of all was the cooling fabric, it really makes a difference. I'm now more cool and comfortable while sleeping. The mattress was also high in width, which I prefer, it measures at 11 inches! This is a must try, you will love it.

I was so excited to accept this mattress from Influenster and try it out! When it first arrived I was too excited to wait so I layed It on our living room floor to try it out for the night. It did keep me cooler than my regular years old mattress (I tend to run VERY hot during the night time. I was expecting it to be a little on the softer side but it's pretty firm , which my husband likes to help support his back. Overall it's a great mattress and I would definitely recommend to anyone who likes a firmer mattress. I can tell it'll last us for some years to come!

My husband and I love this mattress! It is nice, thick memory foam without being too firm which we have found in many other beds. It is soft without feeling like it will start to sink in or get too squishy. You can immediately feel the support when you lay down on this mattress. It is also cooling which is a nice feature because he sleeps hot. Highly recommend!

The delivery of the Iona Icomfort was great, the guys were quick and kept open communication on when they would arrive. The bed itself self is actually more firm than what I thought it would be but very comfortable. I am not really sure if it the cooling regulation actually works. We have enjoyed the bed and overall have had a great experience.

This mattress is super comfortable. I was worried when we first got it as it is very squishy. We thought it would be way to soft. It definitely was not. The mattress cradles you perfectly. It also is cool when laying on it. It was also delivered as a full mattress and not vacuum sealed into a roll. Loved that. It was lightweight and easy to carry.
I highly recommend this mattress to anyone that like a softer mattress.

I ordered the plush queen mattress and this is very far from being plush. I've had normal pillow top mattresses before that were super comfortable, but this foam mattress should be considered firm-extra firm. Even the men delivering my mattress noted how firm it was.

I definitely wouldn't consider this a plush mattress , it's definitely closer to medium. So if you're looking for a medium softness, you should probably go with the plush option.

I have been so excited to upgrade our mattress to a newer model! This mattress has been great so far. I typically sleep on my side, and for the first week I have really enjoyed the mattress. I typically like a mattress that is a little softer, but if this firm mattress helps me sleep better and reduces back soreness in the mornings, I might just be a firm mattress person! It's comfortable and seems to allow for decent air flow. Overall, I like the product and think I will get used to the firmness.

There is so much to say about this amazing mattress. It arrived by two delivery drivers fully sealed and ready to go. You can tell just by the look of it the plush comfort you are about to experience. The mattress is thick and durable with a lovely thick layered memory foam topper releasing you into sleep cloud heaven. My body feels totally supported and cushioned as I lay in this and I'm having probably the best sleep I've had in years. This mattress is worth absolutely every penny and I'm overjoyed to be sleeping in this every night.

I've got this mattress a few days ago and it is the most comfortable one I've ever had! The support is perfect: not too soft, not too firm, just perfect. It's very tall and substantial. The quality is amazing! I like that it keeps me nice and cool. Out of all the mattresses I've tried, this is the best value for the money! I'm very happy with this mattress!

The mattress is extremely comfortable. It's very durable. We absolutely love it. The support is amazing. The temperature is great. My husband is super hot and I freeze to death and it was great. We have slept amazing in the bed.

I've never slept better then I did on this mattress ! I wanted to try it out for a week to give a fair review ! But omg I feel good my back doesn't hurt I'm waking up happy! I wake up and feel cool and calm ! This is an amazing bag for your buck! I am so happy with this mattress !
